Overview

CatBalloon is a casual balloon-flying game featuring a cat character. This policy explains what information the app collects, why it's collected, and the choices you have. CatBalloon is built to need as little personal information as possible — most of what you do in the game never leaves your device.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Player nickname — the name you choose in Settings to identify your profile. It doesn't need to be your real name.

Information from Google Sign-In (optional)

• If you choose to link a Google account in Settings — to back up and restore your progress on a new device — we receive your Google account email address and a unique account identifier from Google.

Gameplay progress

• Your best score, star count, unlocked worlds, and nickname are saved to our database (Google Firebase Cloud Firestore) under your account, so progress can sync across devices once you link a Google account.

Locally stored settings

• Music and sound preferences and offline progress are saved only in your device's local storage and are never sent to us.

We do not collect your real name (unless it happens to be your Google account name), phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment details — CatBalloon never asks for any of these.

How we use your information

• Save and restore your game progress across devices
• Identify your player profile within the game
• Keep your settings and preferences the way you left them
• Diagnose and fix issues if you contact us for support

We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

Third-party services

CatBalloon relies on the following service providers to operate:

• Google Firebase (Authentication & Cloud Firestore) — securely stores your account and progress data, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In — used only if you choose to link your account; Google handles the sign-in and shares your email and account ID with the app with your consent.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party, and no data is used for cross-app tracking.

No ads, no analytics trackers

CatBalloon contains no advertising networks and no third-party analytics or tracking libraries. The only network connections the app makes are to the Google Firebase services described above, solely to save and restore your own progress.

Data storage & security

Synced data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase), which encrypts data in transit and at rest and restricts access to your own account's data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps consistent with industry practice to protect your information.

Data retention & deletion

• Locally stored settings stay on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Synced progress stays in our database while your account is linked. You can reset your local progress any time from Settings → Reset Progress.
• To permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers, email us below — we process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's privacy

CatBalloon is designed to be family-friendly and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what's described above (an optional nickname and, only if a parent or guardian chooses to link an account, a Google email address). The game has no ads, no in-app purchases requiring payment details, and no chat features. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices & rights

• You can play CatBalloon fully offline without linking any account or providing an email.
• You can unlink your Google account or reset your progress at any time in Settings.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — contact us to exercise them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use CatBalloon after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Couple Quiz respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is used when you play alone or remotely with your partner.

1. Data We Use

• Your progress and the answers used during a game

When you play remotely, Couple Quiz uses Firebase (Google) to synchronize the two devices. The following data may then be transmitted and stored in Cloud Firestore:

An anonymous Firebase authentication session is created to secure the connection to the service. The application does not ask for an account with an email address, password, or phone number.

2. Purposes

This data is used only to:

• provide the application's features;
• save your preferences on your device;
• enable synchronization of remote games;
• ensure the security and proper operation of the service.

Couple Quiz does not sell your personal data, does not display targeted advertising, and does not use your answers for commercial purposes.

3. Storage and Sharing

Data saved locally stays on your device, unless you use a remote-play feature.

For remote games, data is processed by Firebase / Google Cloud, our technical service provider. Google generally acts as a data processor for data entrusted by the app's publisher. Firebase may process certain technical data, such as IP address and connection information, that is necessary for the security and operation of the service (see Firebase's Privacy Policy).

Your answers are shared only with the person who has the corresponding game or couple code. Only share this code with someone you trust.

4. Data Retention

Local data is kept until you delete it from within the app or uninstall the app.

Remote game data (couple/game code, questions, and answers stored in Cloud Firestore) is kept only for the duration of the game session and is deleted shortly after the game ends or the session is closed.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to its processing where applicable.

To exercise your rights or request deletion of synchronized data, contact us using the details below.

You may also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Communications with Firebase are encrypted in transit. However, no digital service can guarantee absolute security.

Couple Quiz is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

1. Information We Collect

Congkak does not collect, transmit, or have access to any personal data. The app does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email, location, or any other identifying information.

The installed app has no internet permission at all — it cannot send or receive data over a network, to us or to anyone else, even if it wanted to.

2. What's Stored on Your Device

To remember how you left the game, Congkak saves two small pieces of information locally on your device, using Android's standard app-storage mechanism:

• Game statistics — wins, losses, and match history, so your record carries over between sessions.
• Preferences — settings such as sound and gameplay options you've chosen.

This data never leaves your device. It is not linked to your identity, not visible to us, and not synced anywhere.

3. Advertising, Analytics & Third Parties

Congkak contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics services, no crash-reporting tools, and no third-party code of any kind that would collect or process your data. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is being measured.

4. Children's Privacy

Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, regardless of age, Congkak is safe for players of all ages, including children.

5. Your Control Over Your Data

All game data lives in local app storage that only you control. You can erase it at any time:

• Android: Settings → Apps → Congkak → Storage → Clear data
• Or simply uninstall the app — this removes everything Congkak has stored.
